-Drafting all documents to serve customers to buy real estate products as assigned by the Manager
-All documents include: Sale contract, Deposit agreement, Agreement of transfer, Appendix of sale contract, Promotion notice, Contract liquidation record, Confirmation of transfer of sale contracts, commitment documents (if any) and some other relevant papers depending on the sale policy in each period;
-Guiding customers to sign sale contracts in accordance with regulations; answering customer questions related to terms of sale contracts;
-Receiving and returning documents related to the customer's loan procedures; coordinate with sales distribution units and relevant departments / sections (including: Sales and Accounting Department, Customer Care Department) when problems appear;
-Summarize data, make work reports day / week / month for Procedure control according to the prescribed form;
-Commitment to protecting Customer information and business data;
-Ensure the best working spirit to serve customers, build and affirm the Group's reputation;
-Participate and support activities of the Division / Board / Group when there are events.
