- Leader of the small team with 4Senior QA, coaching & consulting QA activities in project
- Define/customize Strategy of Quality Management in every project: waterfall, scrum/ agile, service & product
- Define/customize process, checklist, guideline, tailoring for project.
- Record/Analysis Data of Metrics & Report
- Follow project's progress, detect issue & provide solution to help project success with high quality package & finish on time
- Follow customer’s requirement & support project to track timeline, status
- Report account/ project status, issue, progress to PMO & BOD
- Do implementation of project evaluation through initial commitment.
- Review project work & compare content specified in the contract
- Prepare reports related to the project team: project services, project implementation & project development
- Work and follow different lines project: Development, Scrum, Service, Delivery, Implement.
- Co-operate to clients to improve the quality of the project team
- Follow and Monitor Statistics figures KPI & alerts lower one to Project Manager & BOD
