- Review all daily group accommodation, food & beverage and
conference charges posted to relevant accounts during each convention,
meeting or incentive, to ensure that all charges are in line with run down
and event orders. Ensure correct figures are reflected in Cenium actuals.
- Promptly handles daily in-coming email and internal correspondence.
- Attending to walk-in clients and enquiries of both sales & marketing.
- Be fluent with a detailed level of knowledge about Ho Tram Strip property
product and services and act as an ambassador to the hotel when
presenting these to potential and return guests.
- Accurate, professional, prompt, friendly and courteous on all guest calls.
- Educated and trained on emergency procedures executing them calmly
- Handle customer complaints with diplomatic and patient professionalism
ensuring their satisfaction and escalating their concerns when you cannot
resolve the issue directly.
