- Well present and consult Clients about the Company's updated news or necessary information for Clients' better awareness about ALMA services and vacation options - Implement the best service programs to ensure that Clients have the highest level of satisfaction in their vacation/ holidays - Positively coordinate with Sales Department to achieve the best sales performance by maintaining best service to existing client base. - Functionally and timely provide travel administration services (accommodation/ transportation recommendations and bookings) to Clients - Actively investigate and co-ordinately solve Clients' complaints or problems - Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondences with Clients. * We also recruit internship for this position. - Bachelor Degree, aged from 23 - 28 - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - At least 1-year experience in customer services or familiar with working with Clients - At least 1-year experience in Tourism or Hotel industry is required (familiar with booking, arranging, operating accommodation service to clients) - Customer oriented - Great communication skill - Great problem-solving skill - Warmly & patient characteristics and attitude - Can work under high pressure - Can travel sometimes for business purposes.
