- Setting up, administering and maintaining network infrastructure, Internet connectivity, servers and PCs. - Troubleshoot and resolve PC, network and systems related problems. - Support end users. - Undertake IT projects as assigned - Maintain an up-to-date inventory record for all IT equipment. - Carry out other IT related jobs as and when required.

- Basic support of VOIP systems, add/change/remove users and basic phone configuration. - University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Informatics Technology. - Microsoft MCSA, LPI certification is preferred. - Minimum one year IT experience in PC support and troubleshooting, server installation/administration and setting up/maintenance of network. Expertise in computer, network, system, application trouble shooting. - Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations. Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented. Hard working and a can-do attitude. - Good ability to self-train on new technologies. - Have skill and experiences about Asterisk IP PBX System is advantage and preferred
