Mô tả công việc
•Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
•Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
•Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
•Plan to purchase, managing stationery and office equipment
•Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu công việc
•Female, age from 21-28 years old.
•Diploma/College at any field.
•Good in English (talking, reading and writing)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Good at Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Good time management skills.
•Have experience as a receptionist or in related field is an advantage.
