Customer service: handle complaints and interactions form customer. Support customer to booking online, lost and found.

-Handle hotline in my shift: answered calls professionally providing complete information about products and promotion, take or obtain details about complaints
-Managed to keep records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments as well as actions taken, process orders, forms and applications.
-Respond efficiently and effectively to customer feedback to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
-Collect real situations about customer service to write "moment of truth". Shared best practices and knowledge with staff and teams helping achieve the best service.
- Ensures that all staff are trained and practice CGV's Steps of Service and customer recovery.
- Manage employee training, development and performance through coaching, feedback and the performance review process and provide feedback to Cinema Manager about staff performance;
- Preparing the roster for the subordinates and liaise with the Finance to ensure that rosters will support the operations of the business.
-Work with supplier and film distributor to make sure that movie's material (flyer, poster, artwork) will get on time. Support and drive marketing and concessions programs and efforts.
-Make a method and contest to push sell at concession. Concession's revenue reach 181% vs target in 2015.
-Work with supplier about their contract. Prepare payment for them after we receive product.
-Monthly inventory ant the end of the month.
-Control stock, check expire date, check stock quantity work with store keeper to make sure enough stock and in put data
-Forecast daily selling stock to minimize wastage and maximize sales
-Check and maintain hygiene standard at store room and related facilities /machinery.
- Ensure food and beverage are handled to food safety standards and all reporting requirements are executed correctly.
